Great post. I remember healing Molten Core and Ony as a level 60. I was god awful, but they brought me for my fear ward (back when dwarf priests were the only ones).

I don't remember any crazy healing situations, I guess the head priest kept me out of the loop. I was given a group of rejects to heal (including the poor hunter who's job was to run around the instance and pull mobs to the main group). Good times.
