You are talking about fairness when Blizz has given you the utmost of fairness. They are allowing you to choose and you are not handicapping yourself if you don't take the buff you are playing it as blizz originally intended and to my knowledge the buff does not exist in heroic mode so stop acting like blizz pissed in your cornflakes they could have just not given you a choice and just nerfed the damn instnace
