If your five year old throws a tantrum the same way you did when you were five, does that mean his tantrum is valid, or that you were both 5 at one time?

The fact that so many people read Muqq's post, flame him and Ensidia for w/e reason and have no idea why the rant is so incredibly pro is funny in and of itself. I am not on anyones "side" or anything like that but I think its very funny how success and position IE (Tigole) can allow people to think they can be completely hypocritical and get away with it... Grats to Muqq for digging up that post and throwing it in their face!

I personally haven't done this fight yet but I don't see why finding a way to make a fight easier without writing a program or using outside software of some kind is a ban-able offense. Seriously its human nature to use what is given to us and find the best and easiest way to accomplish a task.
If they write something into the game they should you this as an opportunity to fix bugs when people discover them not take it out on the players. Until the come out with a manual of what constitutes a bug and where they are located how can they put it ALL on the player. The way I look at it is we are helping them do their job by finding some of these.
Ive been playing for 3 years as a healer and I'm sure Ive been part of an "exploit" in one way or another but because I dont pay attention to every aspect of the game and I cant be sure if everything Ive ever done in the game was completed in the way Blizzard intended it.
Maybe not right but don't ban people over it, maybe take away the acheiv and thanks them for the find. :)

You guys do know that Jeff Kaplan (Tigole) is no longer working on WoW, right?

It's not really very original. That Tigole post gets dug up and rewritten just about every time Blizzard does something they don't like.

Of course every fucking world first has a bug in the encounter ITS A WORLD FIRST
if you know about programming, then you will also know that there are ALWAYS bugs, and sometimes its just better to let shit run its course and let minor bugs be found by the public. And the next guild to try Lich King WOULD have had bombs, and WOULD have used them regardless, especially if they had a shot at world first.
Blizzard should not have banned them, they should have just been put back, right in front of the Lich King, and given another try without bombs. In my opinion people just shouldn't get BANNED for a Glitch/Bug-Exploit, they should be given another try without the use of it, partly because it helps Blizzard fix the game by removing Bugs.

I've been in groups where people make suggeestions that end up being purposeful glitching of encounters. Not only is it lame, but it makes it a heck of a lot less fun. Somehow botters for gear and money and glitchers, hackers, and other kinds of cheaters get sick of the game and make statements like in this guy's blog about how the game has become more easy, etc.
Meanwhile it's easy for them because they're cheating and or playing in botted pvp gear gemmed with bought gold, etc.
Play the game like a normal person, it's more fun. Teamwork and practice are fun, not glitching, farming, and exploiting.
Realise I do think this was a cheat, but am not saying these folks also do those other forms of cheating. Only that they all seem to devalue the game for everyone involved in a similar manner.
